Silky egg piped on starting day 16

I was shocked with surprise to see my silky egg piped on day start of day 16. I didn't notice on day 15 end (may be). I had a serious incubation failure last time and with all my experiences and now I was pretty perfect in managing temp and humidity. Noticing the pip I started lock down now. There are no changes in temp or humidity. Incubator is perfectly good and in good shape and conditions . It's close to summer end in Redmond washington. I am absolutely curious to find out this 9th chicken wonder. Any help to chase my curiousness please.

Wow. I hope all is well with your chick. I am only a two year chicken raiser and all of mine have been bought as chicks, so I'm not sure what to suggest. Hope somebody knows and will help your chick!

Aww! How adorable! Well, as long as all seems to be well with them, I'd say they're fine. Although I'm sure someone else will have a better suggestion for you.
