Silky question

what age will they crow at? Or start trying to crow?

My oldest roo started crowing at about 5 months. My other 2 boys are just now 4 months old and have yet to crow

Silkies crow anywhere between 4-12 months in my experience.

My male (photo'd to the left) crowed for the first time around a year old.... Priscilla is now Preston. lol

Yeah the bigger silkie is the only one who will fight with my polish. I’m almost certain the polish is a rooster by the way it struts around and carries itself. It also likes to start fights. We noticed that with our older four roosters.
