Silly food themed names for chicks!

Ooh, these are always fun to brainstorm!

Goes with Pickles: Cheese, Crackers, Relish, Chow Chow, Pimento

Goes with Beans: Pork, Cornbread, Bacon 😆 Barbeque?!

Goes with (sort of) Marmalade: Jam, Jelly, Honey, Tea, maybe Treacle?

Goes with Toast: Butter, Peanut Butter, Garlic, Nutella... Or kinds of bread, like Roll, Brioche, Muffin!

Nutella and Jam are added to the list!

We've had several flocks over the years and we decided with the very first one to name them after food dishes made with chicken/eggs. We've had:
Barb - Bar-B-Que, Tori - Cacciatore, Blu - Cordon Blue, Diva - Chicken Divan, Ling - Dumpling, Lada - Enchilada, Cassie - Fricassee, Mary - Marinara, Marci - Chicken Marsala, Momo - Chicken Momo, Nugget - Chicken Nuggets, Sal - Salad, Su - Soup, Teri - Teriyaki, Tikka - Tikka Masala, Genny - General Tso's,
Poppy - Popcorn Chicken, Ro - Roast Chicken, Sam - Sesame Chicken

And yes, I keep a list going!

I love food and onomatopoeia names! I have a Sriracha, Waffles, Soufflé, Cinnamon Toast Crunch (husband named her. She goes by Cinn), Popcorn, Cheesecake, Coconut, Tofu, Sugar, and Fluffernutter as food names. The onomatopoeia names are Splat, Squack, Bing, Zig, Zag, and Zip.
I also named some after other animals like Squirrel, and Seal.

Over the years I had several buff-laced Wyandottes with buttery names - Butterscotch, Butternut, Buttercup, Buttermilk, Butterball.
Also Pumpkin, Nutmeg, Chantilly cream, Gingerbread, Honey, Crunchie, Milkybar, and Rhode Island Reds Minot and Merlot.
I didn't particularly intend to use food names but I've named dozens of chickens.

We ended up with lavender and chocolate Orpingtons this year. The lavenders all have flower names, but the chocolates are all going to have chocolate themed names. Their personalities are developing still, but the most people-interested sweetie is Pudding. Cookie and Biscuit (UK cookie) are hard to tell apart. The other two we are still deciding on their names.
