Silly Hens

Was out mowing the yard today and noticed 6 of my RIR hens were sitting on the fenced in run watching me mow the lawn!!!

they would turn their heads as one and watch

me go by. I think I know why, they know they will soon get fresh grass clippings as a treat when I am done.

It was the most funniest thing I have seen them do so far.

Yep that was what they were waiting for, fed them a bunch of grass clippings and they went nuts as usuall..
