I currently have a sick chicken that has diarrhea and her bottom is extremely dirty. Is it okay for me to make a tub of lukewarm water and Wash
her Bottom in it by setting her in that water and gently trying to get her clean?

She MUST be completely dry before returning her to the coop.

If this is the lethargic chicken with the swollen eye, I would probably keep her inside the house to keep her warm anyway.

Yes , this is the chicken with the eye problem.
I have a small coop and run that i use for a jail
for girls that are bad. it has a sweeter heater inside it
that i can turn on, but I'm in florida and it was 86 here today.
i can move her from the main coop to the jail so she is alone.
Im just worried about repercussions when she's returned to the
    main flock.
