Silver Appleyards during the Dec. Heat Wave

The temps reached above freezing for the first time in a while the other day, and the rest of the snow melted. Our silver Appleyards had a lot to say about that!

Oh, they are so happy!! I love the little quacky squeals of excitement as they forage My crew is in a similarly blissful state. They even got proper thorough baths in a kiddy pool instead of the sad cement mixing tub. Too bad this weather can’t last a little while longer!

Same here mine got their pool for the first time in 2 weeks so happy to get a proper bath. Love this happy voices.

Yes indeed! Bitter cold the last few days, but they are calling for buckets of rain and 50F by the weekend. I'm thinking the ducks with love it!
