Silver duckwing 5 mos old limping on right side & lifing same side leg high

My pullet does not feel good, I haven't had her but about 3 weeks, she came from a very healthy flock. She and her Roo have been in their own cage, not where they can come in contact with other birds. However, she has sleepy eyes, humped up, her right wing drags where she steps on it and she lifts her leg up high. Now....I have seen mice in the building, can they be spreading some kind of disease? Or does this sound like the start of Mareks?

Yes and no to the Marek's. Need more info before we go down that path. Same for the mice, there are diseases they can introduce to a flock. How old? Feed? Treats? Suppliments? Are they old enough to be wormed? Have you checked them for mites? Can you post a picture?
