Lyric walked over to Cowboy. She heard him muttering something but couldn't hear the words. "your Chad should be here soon." she said softly, trying to cheer him up.

Cowboy was in a trance. His leg was bleeding from a thorn he had walked into erlier that day. It was infected. The horse kept muttering. Fever. Cowboy had a fever. He kept muttering,the words becoming more jumbled and twisted the more he rambled. He wasn't making any sense!
