Silver-/Golden-/Blue-Laced anything contest show off those fancy laces

I love Emjay's Easter Egger pullet. I've got an EE chick that I think is a rooster, and I think that now that I've seen the awesomeness that is a silver laced Easter Egger I am going to keep him to breed with my SLW hen. Congratulations, Emjay, you have saved "Beans", if he is in fact a rooster, from freezer camp by entering this contest

The 3rd place winner is so freakishly cute

I always think that the little crests look hilarious. In a good way, of course

(dunno if there's a different word for the crests that are only on the back of the head that don't cover the face like in Polish)

Thank you! I think she's adorable too. I also have her full sister, (hen)1/2 bantam sultan & (roo)1/2 partridge cochin, who came out 100% black, and her full brother who looks just like her only his lacing is red (he went to his new home)

I have a SLW named Gertrude too!

She's a little mean to the other girls I think (I've never seen her pick on anyone, but this past spring when we were having some feather picking issues she was the only one who wasn't missing any) but she's sweet to us and lays beautiful large-extra large brown eggs. I'm hoping if we get to keep our blue ameraucana rooster to hatch some of her eggs for some EE, and hoping for some laced or spangled EE from them.

Another funny thing, my mom had a cat named Penny who was also a boy.

ETA: does your Gertrude have a single comb too?
