Silver Laced Bantam Cochin Roo or Pullet!!!

Hi Guys,
I have this chick and I really on the fence as to whether it is a pullet or roo. The other roo's from the hatch have a much more developed combs and wattles. I just cannot tell. This chick will be 8 weeks old this coming Friday. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like a pullet to me, that comb still looks yellowish, and I know that pullets of clean faced single comb breeds can get combs and wattles fairly early.
