Silver Laced Barnevelders

Hey guys, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.
Have any silver laced barnevelders made it to America yet? I was searching for hatching eggs or chicks and have not been able to find any.

Yes they have! Well the double laced one have. Hope those are the ones you are looking for. Greenfire Farms have imported them. You can buy them on their website, or they also sell on rare breed auctions. Here are links to both of those sites. They are beautiful birds aren't they. I heard there are several breeders getting close to creating silver barnevelders with silver penciled rocks and barnevelder crosses I might try t myself when next year.

I've thought about trying it with silver laced wyandottes that have the single comb gene. But seeing as I am currently lacking in those it would have to wait.

They are easier to find than silver penciled rocks.

Just wanted to let you know that we are breeders of Silver Double Laced Barnevelders in the STANDARD size, not the Bantam. So Standard birds will get up to 8-9 lbs. instead of about 1 pound in the Bantam size. Please let us know if we could help! Thank you.
