    Looks like a little cockerel to me. That's a whole lot of pink on that comb for 4 weeks.

    I agree rooster, also my cochin chicks were almost completely feathered in except the head at 4 weeks, slow feathering is an indication of Roos

    X2, all of my cockerels take twice as long to feather out.
