Silver laced cochin Roo or Not a Roo?

After my Dandy died we got a mottled cochin (bantam) roo who is quite the "affectionate" roo. I LOVE to hear him crowing in the morning, but it starts at 4:30 a.m.! My little OEG doesn't crow as much as he did before the new guy came to town, but I heard him 6 times yesterday evening.

I love to hear the crowing. It makes me REALLY feel like I'm in the country on a farm!
