Silver laced frizzle, and wcb smooth polish gender??

Our Silver laced frizzle. Poor thing cant see. He is always the last one out the coop in the morning. I think its because he thinks its still dark outside. lol





My WCB smooth. I was convinced it was a girl... Now im not so sure. Crest was a round perfect poof before. Not so much anymore.

What age are they?

As a side note, I have to trim my silkies crest feathers away from their eyes so that they can compete with the others over food, or else they never get any treats.

Im not 100% on age but I think they are both around 12-13weeks.

I dont know how the frizzle does it but so far haven't had any issues with competing for treats. That one is an excellent bug catcher as well, probably cause its field of vision is mainly the ground. lol

The combs of pullets sometimes start reddening as early as 13 weeks, but I still have to say the WCB looks like its a rooster.

Now fingers crossed the frizzle is a girl, or we will have to find the WCB a home. The frizzle is my hubby's only chicken he wanted and picked out himself.
