Judging by the headshot, since I can't see the body shot very well on my little mobile screen, I'd say she's a she. The crest looks pretty globular rather than flowy/stringy.

I believe that "it" is a she. The crest is round and the feathers in it are rounded and not pointy. I also can't see any pointy hackle, saddle, or sickle feathers on the body, and the wattles and comb are not very red.
