I have a Silver Laced Wyandotte pullet that is 16 weeks old i noticed that her tail is off center ...... it points to the left side of her body. She has not always been this way could she possibly have broken her tail??Has anyone else ever had this happen will it effect her laying ability?

I think that only time will answer your question. Dose she appear to be injured? I know it's not normal to have an off center tail, but it could be something as simple as uneven feather growth, and some chickens are just unique!

yah.......... there's a little bone of a sort more of a grisal.. Just wondered if anyone else had had this happen. They should start laying before long she seems very healthy. They are pretty birds just seems rather odd.
