Yes they are all definately hens. This is my SLW rooster at 22 weeks old. Just 2 weeks older than your girls. Big difference huh...

My SLW girls started laying in their 19th weeks...so soon very very soon you should find a light light brown egg. Their egg color is almost more like a cream color.
