Hello! New here! Still pretty new to chickens, not even a full year in yet. I have incubated some eggs (which are doing great) from a silver laced Wyandotte rooster and a silver laced Wyandotte hen. I know there’s a science behind some Wyandotte coloring so I wasn’t sure what I would end up with! Just curious what chicks I will be producing! More silver laced or something totally different?

:welcome A pure silver laced Wyandotte rooster bred to a pure silver laced Wyandotte hen will produce more silver laced Wyandottes. Good luck for a successful hatch.

Silver is a dominant gene so the chicks will all be silver even if one of your hens was gold laced. Good luck.
