CD6ADFB8-5FF8-41FF-AA1E-EAB73B5F8660.jpeg they’re about 3 months old. The whiter one barely has any kind of comb but the darker one has the rose comb and is developing wattles.

Your darker one is definitely a cockerel.

The lighter one... the lace pattern says boy, but the comb and waddles do not say that... so maybe it just isn't good quality lacing.
I paused too at that hint of patch on her wing but there's no "cape" (the black back feathers just below the neck has pattern in it for her). I think she's just poorly marked.
