Silver Laced Wyandottes - Is it a roo?

Here are a few pictures of one of my SLW that just looks different than the other 4. He doesn't have as much white on his body as the rest. The others have combs and roos about the same size, but his is way redder. Is it a roo?? He is about 9 1/2 weeks old. Thanks for your help!

I'd say he's a boy.

I'd say boy based on how wide the comb is. I'm pretty new to chickens though so it's just a guess.
