Silver Laced Wyandottes

I adopted 2 young(3 months?) SLW 'pullets' from a local farm and I am a little worried about one of them. It has more white on it's neck/head and seems to have more white on the shoulders, also one thing i noticed that is different is that it's down on it's butt is lighter in color, more silver than the other one. The other is definitely a pullet, and it's butt down is black and it's much darker all over.

Do the roo's usually have lighter down?

My SLW cockerel doesn't have lighter down on his butt.

He definitely has more white on his shoulders.
