Anyone have an educated guess on the sex of these two? 3.5 wks old and looking different, both suppose to be hens!

They are to young at the moment to sex. Maybe in a few weeks.

It is too young to determine gender. I'd post some more photos in a couple of weeks.

As the other posters said, it is too young to sex them accurately. However, I don't see any obvious cockerel traits yet.
