Silver Laced Wyandotte's

Why has my Silver Laced Wyandotte roosters white feathers around his neck become yellowed? He is just not as white as he used to be. I was trying to get a show bird for the end of the year and now I feel he is no good for this anymore.

Why has my Silver Laced Wyandotte roosters white feathers around his neck become yellowed? He is just not as white as he used to be. I was trying to get a show bird for the end of the year and now I feel he is no good for this anymore.

Perhaps a nice bath? He can't preen/clean neck feathers. Just my guess....
