Well, I have a hen that only has the penciling on her chest. She has some streaking on her wings, but otherwise, not as beautiful as that one! I don't think it is a rule that that always means male, but I a not completely sure.

I wanted one so bad but I didn't want a male because they're not as pretty as the females.
