Like I said, it could go either way at this point.Looks like a pullet to me.

New member here, so pardon my lack of avatar, but I would actually vote pullet. Normally, the pink and red would tell me cockerel right away, but I had a SLW just like yours who looked just like yours at her age with a reddening comb and wattle of about the same size. It grew in a little early then stopped developing. I wish I had a picture for you, her lacing was like that at the time too, it didn't come in until her first more adult molt.
Anyways she was a pullet. She had me fooled for a while. The best way that I can tell is I part the saddle feathers and look at the new developing feathers underneath. Look for new feathers that are very glossy and pointed. By the age of yours you can usually find them underneath. Glossy and pointed = cockerel, and rounded ones indicate the females. I can tell early on my silkie mixes this way as long as they are hard feathered.
