Silver muscovy colors

you should get About half Silvers, or less. If the grandparents were all blues you would probably get more Silver babies but if they were blacks too you'll probably get less Silvers.

The gene for blue is either there, or it isn't, so only influence from parents really needs to be considered. If you cross blue to blue (N/n+ x N/n+) then probable outcome progeny-wise "could" be approx one in four (25%) ducklings pure for blue (N/N), ie silver. They may or may not be patterened silvers, depending on the presence/absence of other/pattern/dominant/recessive influencing genes.

Blue (N/n+) cross blue (N/n+) =

25% N/N = Silver
50% N/n+ = Blue
25% n+/n+ = not blue/siver
