Silver Penciled Rock Roo? Two month old.

It seems like the adult feathers are coming in a beetle green/purple.

Looks like a cockerel to me. Thick legs, red comb/wattles, shiny, splotchy feathers coming in. All roo signs.

Hens wouldnt be getting all those black feathers, so roo all the way!

I thought so too. A girl wouldn't be so dorky looking .

a roo for sure. can't see comb, is it a single or rose? if it's rose probably pencilled wyandotte.
