I took 5 baby silvers out of the incubator tonight. One is still trying to make its way into the world.

I also have another dozen eggs in the incubator from a later batch, and like 14 eggs on hand to go into the incubator soon.

They looked even cuter the next morning after that. Their fuzz hadn't really fluffed up good yet in those pics. But when they got nice and fluffy they were really cute.

Already sold em. lol

Mine started pipping around 2:45 today, haven't gotton very far since then. Just the little cross mark. Are they like chickens and will take 24 hours before zipping and out? My temps are at 99.8 and humidity is at 69 and I'm incubating in a r-com suro 20. I'm wondering if I need to stay awake all night watching, lol

Mine were like that....they pipped, and then seemed to be a while before much happened, then they came popping out. The first 5 did fine, the last one kinda got dried out and a bit stuck to the membrane and I helped it out.

TWo out so far, hope the rest make it too. These are my first silver eggs. HAve some red goldens int he incubator and two peafowl eggs as well. I am using the old LG dtill air.

Good luck guys, I have peach golden eggs (2 out of 7 survived the shipping) and a red golden egg of my own (first of the season...fertile!)due to lockdown tomorrow.
I have eight more red goldens in another 'bator.
The guy I got the peach eggs from told me to lock them down at day 21 and that they would hatch day 23. Is this everyone's experience? I have them in a Genesis 1588
Best of luck all!!!
