My situation is the opposite I have a pair of goldens, a yearling Golden roo, and a 2009 silver hen. I'm going to get a pair of 2010 silvers to make it a trio. The golden roo will be a bachelor, at least for a while.

I guess I'm gonna wait out my situation. If I get hybrids, at least they will be sterile (?). Not to mention my Goldens have greyish brown legs, so I'm assuming they're not pure. Don't really want to be putting more non pure birds out there. Only reason I didn't pass them up is because the golden trio and silver roo were free. The guy was moving and had to get rid of his last birds ASAP.
