What am I doing wrong?? Egg Eaters

Pics
I have a good idea which chick is laying & eating her egg. Yes I provide a dish of oyster shell, but my girls don't seem to be interested in free choice. So I throw a hand full of oyster shell & a crushed egg shell out in their run outside (weather permitting) daily, they really like scratching in the ground/snow.
In that case, I would supplement that hen directly, not the whole flock.

Wanted to give an update. For some reason I didn’t get any notifications from this post lately but I wanted to let everyone know I am getting 3 eggs a day (out of the 5 hens) again and I don’t have any evidence that they’re eating anymore eggs. They are eating more of their feed now. I stopped the treats but added it back after a few days, just a smaller portion and only once a day. I gave them black soldier fly larvae and food scraps today. Giving them food/Garden scraps is very important to me as a gardener. It’s important that they eat my garden scraps. It helps with controlling the bug population on my collard leaves etc by giving them the pest laden leaves etc. It’s a full circle approach to gardening. I did change their feed about 3 days ago to a familiar feed they have always preferred. I used two different brands based on convenience. One brand can be delivered and one can’t. There’s also a 10 lb difference in the two brands with a higher price for the one that they like vs the cheaper one which has 10 more pounds of feed in it. I compared the two brands ingredients and realized that one was basically junk. So I swapped out the junk brand for the one they preferred and their appetite increased. I’m still keeping the junk brand for emergencies. It’s got a quarter of feed left. I may need it at some point for them or my future hens coming in April. But they are seriously eating the preferred brand so I ordered two more bags. I also got more fake eggs and the blinders, they are bullying each other and causing wounds so thank you to the people who suggested it. I need help with holding them to try it though. I’m trying to figure out if I can do it by myself because my daughter in law has a phobia of the flapping of birds wings so I can’t get her to help me. My daughter is in nursing school and works two jobs so I am not sure she can help me any time soon. But I have the blinders and I was thinking about using a towel to wrap them in to do it. We shall see.
