Heya all, I have a ~6 month old silver pheonix rooster I've raised since a chick. Unfortunately he doesn't fit with my flock dynamics and is skittish around the other roos and often gets chased by my main roo.
He tidbits, gives treats, dances, and even does the nest chest thing for the ladies. He is not human aggressive at all and if you can catch him, he is very calm when held.
He's very silly and likes to randomly talk while he's eating and will also fly up into trees to crow.
His only downside is he is a young roo and will sometimes chase the hens that don't squat for him. He hasn't ever hurt one of my hens though.
I would really love to swap him for an unwanted hen, silkie if avaible!
