Silver Polish he or she?

This little one is about 8 weeks old. We had 3 silver polish, when they were 2 weeks old we sold 2 of them. We kept this one because of the 3 "she" had the least tail feather development and was the most docile (this is our first polish so not sure what to look for!) But now "she" is looking a bit roo-ish to us. What do you think?
