Silver Polish...rooster?

Looking for someone to help us identify! Our chickens are approx. 14 weeks old now, and I'm trying to determine if we have any roosters in our bunch. I went out to check on them today, and was shocked when I looked at our 'FancyPants', with how much I think he's looking like a rooster. What do you all think? The kids and I are eager to know!

The crest is looking more like a male crest, but otherwise I am not seeing anything yet. No male saddle feathers or back/shoulder feathers. Comb/wattles look small. If they are red, that might be an indication of a cockerel. More pictures might help but it may just take a little more time before it's obvious.
