I actually went ahead and got 6 chicks from a local pet store. 3 cream legbars, 2 (olive eggers), and one mystery Cochin? My concern is that the (olive eggers) are actually barred rocks. They have such similar characteristics. As for the muster Cochin... I do not know what breed it is. It looks like a cochin with the feathers on the legs and it is light yellow. The owner told me that it was a white barred rock but they do not have feathers in their legs. Does anyone think that olive egger chicks look like barred rock chicks, and do white barred rocks have feathers on their legs? Any replies would help my confusion. Thanks in advance.

Yellow one is supposed Cochin and black one is the “olive egger”

The black one doesn’t look like a BR to me. I agree with @Yardmom and Olive eggers being mixed can have CM genetics which looks similar. The Cochin looks buff but muffed so it mightn’t be a Cochin. As for gender they’re too young. :)
