We found ourselves owning a pair of pekin ducks.. I wasn't planning ducks till we moved but here we are and my husband loves them. 
The other day my rooster was attacking the one. I have standard cochin chickens so he's a big boy even to be attacking a pekin.
Now im trying to figure out a way to set them up a pen for them to sleep in and be protected. Least during prime hawk time and at night for my current location. The rest of the time they are free roaming.
I'm sad as they had started putting themselves to bed in the coop and everything. But I'd rather no one gets hurt so splitting the two types of birds is the safer option.
