Simple Strawberry Jam Recipe - Results!

One of my coworkers is over-run with a huge crop of strawberries this year. Those that are not sold by the end of the day he ends up throwing out or giving away at work. I suggested that he make jam out of them, and that got me wanting fresh, homemade strawberry jam.

Does anybody have a favorite recipe? It can be with sugar or pectic, or made with Splenda.

Another vote for the Sure Jell recipe!
Easy-peasy - boil then freeze.

You can get glass freezer jars if you want pretty for gifts.
It makes the prettiest jam ever!

You can even get a sugar-free version.

I've used the recipe with blueberries too.

Since my rhubarb is coming in strong I may try strawberry/rhubarb this year.

We have results!!! Thank so much everybody! That recipe was very easy to use. I ended up making 2 batches and ended up with 12 half pint jars.
