Single Duck with geese

My ducks mate has passed away and I've moved away from other ducks so he is alone with other chickens I'm wondering if buying 2 geese companions would be ok or i should only get him 2 ducks

I have ducks and geese. Although they like to be near each other, the ducks stay with ducks and the geese with geese. The geese could also bully, or worse, your lonely duck.

Get ducks.
