Is it unfair to keep a single goose(female) with other farm animals, like ducks, chickens, rabbits?? and are the females as aggressive as ganders generally?

I would say it would be unfair if they were raised with other geese and taken away. If you got a day old goose, it would be fine.

To separate my two girls now would devastate them.

I think ganders are typically more aggressive by nature, but girls can be testy as well.

I had my Embden gander with only Muscovy ducks from the time he hatched to 6weeks ago, He was very happy being a giant duck. Now he is learning to be a goose since we finally got him a goose. My gander was 5yrs old in May.

Can only imagine my male call duck trying to mate with my goose! LOL!

geese that were hatched and raised with other geese suffer depression when removed from the flock (or have the flock removed from them) this can lead to health issues. Some become so depressed they stop thriving.
