I have seen several posts about introducing a hen to a flock but for me, it's the other way around. The hen is already established in the coop, and the chicks are only 2 weeks old so it will be awhile before they are introduced. When the chicks are old enough, will integrate them with the hen. Since the hen was there first, will she become leader of pecking order, or will the young flock gain up on her? Should I introduce the flock of pullets to her all at once or a couple at a time?

You should introduce them now. Use the see but can’t touch method - they’ll get used to each other quicker that way.

I agree with @Aapomp831.
The see don't touch method is fabulous and easy. I raise all of my chicks in a brooder inside the run with a mama heating pad.
I've been doing this for a few years and so far, I've not had any problems at all. By the time I release them, they are already integrated.
As always, it will depend on your hen's personality. Keep an eye on her, expect a little peck here and there, but watch for aggression.
Good luck & once again, welcome to BYC!
My newest bunch in their brooder inside the run.
