Sinus infection?

I have a African gosling ( 10 days old) that can't seem to hold his water very well. Every time he tilts his bill down some water runs out. If he shakes his head water flys everwhere! and he also gets some bubbles in his nose

Is this a Sinus infection? he seems healthy in every other way. What can I do for him? will it just go away on its own?

Its not going to go away on its own.

Does he have any other signs of illness? Raspiness, or sneezing? Anything?

My first suggestion would be to take him to a vet.

I couldn't get one around here to see my sick gosling and after panicking over what to do it was suggested that I treat her with VetRx. She is doing spectacular! She's still sick but is doing so much better. Every day she's a bit better. I'm hoping by the middle of the week she'll be 100% better.

But, if you have access to a vet, do that first!

my geese are not leaking water from their mouths they are just coughing and shaking their heads and sound weezy . They are about 18 wks old should I use the vet rx on them and how do I put it on them?
