Sister's 4-6 week old Dominque mix has what looks like lesions

My sisters young chicken recently started having growths or lesions on his eyes and head.... any ideas what this is or what causes it and what we need to do ? Not sure how to add a pic on here ...So I uploaded one into my images if that helps
