Try just wrapping her body. As long as her wings are secured against her body in the towel, you can spray or dust one section of her at a time, without her being able to run away. It has made dealing with my chickens much easier. Mine are pretty tame but still don't want to cooperate with certain things that have to be done. The towel trick always works!
