I have six lovely chicks, (all meant to be pullets) but I know I’ve got at least too little cockerels. They already have red combs and wattles and one of them even made a tiny little crow yesterday. The only one I’m not sure about is my silkie. I’m holding out hope I don’t have half Roos, but I’m afraid that this bird had big rooster energy such as joining the two boys in their squabbles and strutting around. The silkie is also my biggest bird in the flock, so hopefully Is just a pullet who doesn’t like being bossed around. I know it’s still super early to sex a silkie, but maybe one of you can recognize something I don’t. Thank you!

Silkies can be difficult to gender ID, but I'll go out on a limb and say cockerel.
