Depending on the breed, hens will lay from 3 to 5 eggs per week on average for the year.Sorry for so many question. Was also wondering since I have 94 hens will all of them lay or will only part of them lay?
Age/daylight hours/seasons/stress/number of boxes all contribute to your bottom line. Bottom line being your volume of eggs of course. I have never witnessed every single bird lay (100%). Hit and miss. &-Nutrition is essential as much as peace and harmony.Sorry for so many question. Was also wondering since I have 94 hens will all of them lay or will only part of them lay?
