size of coop

i have 8 pullets and 5 grown bantams. my dh is buliding a new coop to fit the new pullets into our flock he is making it 8 x12 is this going to be big enough for them all. he said he did the math and it fine i just want to make sure. there otu side run is going to be 10 x20 just checking thank u

Oh yes, most definately. The average is 4 sq ft for large chickens, and I think 3 sq ft for bantys. So, EASILY you could get 20 + in there....Time to go buy more chickens!!!!!
