Size of little Pullets

I have two little pullets Feathers and Eggie! They are about 11 1/2 weeks old and they are 13 1/2 inches long. Is that an Ok size or are they too small:/

What breed are they?

If they are happy and healthy their size shouldn't be of too much concern.

They are New Hampshire reds, and they're not bantams.
