size question

I'm starting to plan my chicken coop out on paper and I have a few questions:

I'm getting bigger breeds like buff orpingtons and brahmas so I was wondering what size I should make the nest boxs and how high I should put the roosting poles so the chickens are comfortable. Also Im getting 2 silkies i'v heard they sleep on the floor but I'm confused about that:/ any information would be very helpful. Thanks!
