size....

are the female and male different sizes....im pretty sure i know the difference in the male and female but was wondering if the size is a factor...one of them is tall and leaner and the other is kinda shorter and fatter..lol....

also...when can ducks breed...they r only 1 month old....thanks!!!

We got 2 mallards from Coastal farm and ranch, just St. run. One was smaller then the other and it turned out to be the girl, so its possible to tell but you never know. As for the breeding thing ours started around a month maybe longer, I can't really remember, around the time when our male started getting his green head feathers. They'll figure it out.
