That looks great! Make sure you have headroom in the run so you can stand up in there--that is one complaint many have in their first designs. I really like your plan!

I'd make the storage area larger........say maybe large enough to hold a bag of feed.

This is an extremely powerful free program that is very easy to use. I was messing around with it this afternoon learning it's features & did this in less than an hour.
