Skin and bones hen... WHY

I got my hen Ruth, she is just skin and bones.. I'm unsure why I feed her really good, she eats nutrina products I got all kinds of stuff for food. I even make stuff to promote energy and all that. But she's just skinny bad. No meat on her at all. She's weak, small, slow. But she talks all the time, eats all the time and drinks just fine! But gosh I don't get why she's so little and why she will not gain weight. Please help!

I did a post on the new comers forum, thinking she was lethargic and i don't really think she is. She's been this way for a long time.. thought it may have been a pecking order thing but idk

I have given the deformer via feed but I'm unsure if they got enough! So now that she's alone in my house with me maybe I should try again. Never has laid eggs

I got that strike 3 stuff but all it says is feed out 1 lb of strike 3 to every 50 lbs of feed so I'm trying to figure out a dose small enough to take care of her.

Jeez,That crop is HUGE.How does it feel?

Sadly, that's not her crop. It's her neck on how she sits. She is all bones. After she eats you still can't even find her crop not easily. So her neck is super long so it bows down which makes it look like her crop

I checked her crop for anything weird and it's empty all the time
